Returns & Shipping

FREE SHIPPING for orders over R700.00 in RSA. Standard shipping rates apply for all international orders. Our delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 working days, depending if we have the garment in stock or if it needs to be made from scratch. International orders may take up to 3 weeks. We will send you an email if your parcel has been shipped with a tracking number so you can locate your parcel yourself. 

Although we send your parcel for free, shipment back to our studio will be your responsibility.

.about studio is based in the Boland district, De Doorns, Western Cape. If you are based in the area and not satisfied with the garment's fit, I usually arrange to meet customers and you can try on different sizes to see what you feel most comfortable in. 

You can still return your garment, unworn and unwashed, 2 weeks after your purchase. Except if arranged differently. 

Email us at clothing.about@gmail.com naming the product and explaining the reason why you would like to return your order. 

In regards to our returning policy, we would advise you to send the product you are returning via Aramex couriers. They are based at mostly all Pick ’n Pay’s and costs R99.99. Please do check out our sizing guide and advice before you buy an item. 

You can send your product to:

and we will refund you when we have received the garment or exchange it for a new size for free.
